Returns policies

If for any reason you are not satisfied whit your purchase, you may return the items whitin 30 calendar days of receipt of the same and you will be given a credit or refund from the online store to your original payment method.  Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundablea. The items must be returned in their original condition (unused, unwashed, unaltered) whit the labels attached. Please allow 14 to 21 business days from the time you mail your order for your return or exchange to be processed. We will notify you by emmail once your return has been processed.

International returns

The international orders can be returned using any method of your choice, at your expense. We recommend using a traceable and insured service. We will respond to your email with instructions and corresponding data so that you can make this return  

Exchanges

If you wish to change an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. This will ensure thet your exchange item is in stock. We invite you to return your original order for full refund. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item and send you an email.
